I got the lavender mocha latte, opting for a more floral kick. I need to start my mornings with a jolt of caffeine and Sassy Biscuit has some fun latte offerings. It comes with smoked chicken, apple jicama slaw and spicy remoulade and the “misfit” with house cured pastrami, egg, Swiss and pickled garlic aioli. They also serve biscuits in interesting combinations like the “firecracker”. Using biscuit dough for the waffles gives them a crisp exterior while keeping the inside light and fluffy. Order it with toppings like warmed blueberries and sweet lemon butter or cinnamon and vanilla with buttermilk sweet gravy. They are known for their waffle pressed biscuit dough. Sassy Biscuit is a cute little eclectic breakfast and brunch spot in downtown Billings. Leaving the airport you can see over the whole city, which is pretty at night with it all lit up. The Billings airport is one of the only buildings up on a big hill. You can walk out of the gate area and get picked up within minutes. I flew into Billings on Saturday night after a quick layover in Denver. It’s located about an hour and a half from Billings, the largest city in Montana. My brother is currently working as a fly fishing guide in the small town of Fort Smith, Montana. I still haven’t seen nearly all there is to see of the United States. This trip is 3,435 km or 2,135 miles long and the price is a bit under $100.At 28 years old I have been fortunate enough to have travelled to 41 out of 50 states. One of the longest bus route in the world goes all the way from Ontario to Alberta in Canada (with the same bus). This route is used daily by locals and backpackers. ![]() It takes 27 hours to go by bus from Lima to Cusco, one of the craziest bus trips on the world. The average number of passengers on a coach bus is 32 meaning that a bus could replace a minimum of at least 30 cars! Make a music playlist for your bus ride from Bozeman to Billings, and enjoy the scenery to tunes from your own personal soundtrack. Not to mention that buses will allow you to discover scenic gems from Bozeman to Billings that are otherwise impossible to come by with a plane. Taking the bus creates the smallest carbon footprint compared to other modes of transport. If you're on the night bus from Bozeman to Billings, get comfy and count the stars. Start sightseeing the minute your bus leaves the station. Not only could it get you out of a pickle during your bus trip from Bozeman to Billings but it'll also be endearing to native speakers who will surely appreciate your effort.
